Retreats & Facilitated Experiences

Some of our most important insights don't happen in conference rooms. They happen when we step away from the noise of everyday life, slow down, and create space for meaningful conversation and reflection.

The White Mountain Adventure Institute is located on a private 250-acre farm in the mountains of northern New Hampshire. Surrounded by forests, fields, walking trails, a lake, and open skies, the property provides a peaceful setting for individuals, leadership teams, and organizations to reconnect with what matters most.

Every retreat is thoughtfully designed around the unique needs of the people attending. Whether you're seeking personal clarity, strengthening a leadership team, navigating organizational change, or planning for the future, the environment creates the conditions for honest conversations and fresh perspectives.

Upcoming Retreats

Our retreats bring together small groups of people seeking the time and space to step away from everyday demands, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Each retreat is intentionally designed around a specific theme and combines facilitated conversations, time in nature, reflective practices, and meaningful connection with others. Every experience is grounded in the belief that a meaningful life begins with alignment.

Organizational Retreats

Healthy organizations need time to think—not just time to work.

I facilitate retreats for executive teams, nonprofit organizations, behavioral healthcare programs, and mission-driven businesses seeking to strengthen leadership, improve communication, align around their mission, and thoughtfully navigate growth or change.

Every organizational retreat is customized and may include leadership development, strategic planning, facilitated discussions, team building, conflict resolution, succession planning, or organizational visioning. My role is to create an environment where meaningful conversations can happen and practical next steps emerge.

The Setting

The farm is intentionally simple on a 250 acre tree farm that has been in Will White’s family since 1895..

Rather than distractions, you'll find walking trails, forests, open fields, quiet spaces for reflection, campfires, and opportunities to reconnect—with yourself, your colleagues, and the natural world.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is step away long enough to see things differently.

Designing the Rest of Your Life

October 1 – October 3

There comes a time when success is no longer the question. The question becomes, "How do I want to live the rest of my life?"

This four-day retreat is designed for men who want to step away from the demands of everyday life and create space for reflection, connection, and intentional planning. Set on a private 250-acre farm in northern New Hampshire, you'll experience facilitated conversations, time in nature, outdoor activities, and meaningful dialogue with a small group of men exploring similar questions.

You'll leave with greater clarity, renewed purpose, and a plan for living the next chapter of your life with intention.

A meaningful life begins with alignment.
