Dr. Will White: Guiding Men Through Life’s Transitions

With over 35 years of experience guiding people through life’s most pivotal transitions, Dr. Will White offers something many men are quietly searching for: a trusted guide who’s walked the path of success, reinvention, and personal growth.

Will co-founded and led Summit Achievement, a nationally respected behavioral healthcare program that blends therapeutic support with outdoor adventure. As a founder, he built a mission-driven organization that thrived at the intersection of clinical excellence and experiential learning. He knows what it means to lead, to carry responsibility, and to reach the top—only to realize there’s another, more personal summit ahead.

Holding a Doctorate in Leadership and a Master’s in Social Work, Will’s approach combines practical insight with emotional depth. He’s worked in private practice, hospitals, and mental health clinics, but his most transformative work happens outside the four walls—where men step away from their routines and reconnect with their core selves.

Will’s own life has been shaped by risk and reflection—from adventuring across the globe to spending six months in a Thai Buddhist monastery. These experiences taught him that real strength often comes from stepping back, listening deeply, and asking what truly matters now.

Today, through individual coaching and seasonal retreats at the White Mountain Adventure Institute, Will helps men who’ve achieved success but feel untethered or stuck. His work is tailored for those ready to trade noise for clarity, obligation for intention, and burnout for a renewed sense of purpose.
